Budget Administration System

WebBa provides university business officers, accountants, and financial analysts with a secure and auditable tool to manage their financial budgets, procure products and services (paperless and paper-based procurement, desktop purchasing, and ProCard), and actuate and track travel and non-travel reimbursements. In addition, WebBa allows university business officers, accountants, and financial analysts to perform summary and detailed vendor, account, ledger, and transaction analysis. Furthermore, WebBa provides advanced and comprehensive data downloads of most financial reports in a fashion directly usable by desktop productivity tools (such as MS Excel). Also, WebBa provides downloadable PDF images of the Account Status Report, Financial and Budget Analysis Report, and ProCard transaction reports. WebBa also provides access to prior year financial data and all WebBa processes have online help. WebBa can be accessed through a web-browser, such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer or FireFox at the following location: http://ais-sap.usc.edu.

  1. Go to the Financial System Administration (FSA) Web site http://www.usc.edu/dept/finserv/finsys/
  2. At the top of the page Click on Click Here For Access Forms.
  3. There are two different Access Forms.
    1. Form A is for all access except for Paperless Requisition Access.
    2. Form B is for Paperless Requisition Access only.
  4. There are two choices to fill out Access Forms.
    1. The first is to print out a blank form and fill it out manually.
    2. The second is to enter the data on-line using Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print the form.
  5. Have your Senior Business Officer sign the form.
  6. Send the form to Sam Khalil, University Gardens, UGB 203 MC 8003, 821-1934.
  7. Upon approval, system access will be set up, and new users will receive notification along with login instructions and training instructions.
  8. Users will have access only to those Account numbers and Program Codes for which they are authorized.
