Employment Services System

The Employment Services System is the web application system various administrative departments use to access information from the Personnel, Payroll, and Benefits systems. From this web application, individuals can update records, inquiry information, process transactions and print reports. Security is maintained by tight control where individuals are granted access to only those areas to which they are authorized.

Access:

1. Obtain a PPBS System Access Form either from Payroll Services at UGB 212 MC 8016, or from the University Payroll Services Web site (http://www.usc.edu/payroll/forms/access.pdf).
2. Complete the form. Get approvals and signatures.
3. Return the form to Payroll Services.

Users will have access only to employees in those Home Departments to which they have access.
