Payroll System

The Payroll System manages all payroll related data and processing for the entire USC community. It adheres to federal, state and local labor and tax laws for in-state and out-of-state employees in addition to international treaties for foreign citizens. The system regularly processes several payroll runs for over 20,000 employees each month, performing earning, tax, and deduction computations and transactions.

1. Obtain a PPBS System Access Form either from Payroll Services at UGB 212, MC 8016, or from the University Payroll Services Web site: http://www.usc.edu/payroll/forms/access.pdf.
2. Complete the form. Get approval signatures.
3. Return the form to Payroll Services.

1. Log onto the Employment Services System on: http://ais-sap.usc.edu/.
2. Go to the Web PZ menu.
3. Click on the "University Payroll Services - Departmental Information " link.
4. Click on the User's Guide.
