Benefits System

The Benefits System manages all employee benefits information and processes. This includes health and dental plans, retirement plans, life & accident insurance and medical payment plans. Benefits Administration use this system to monitor employee benefits plans, process enrollment transactions, exchange data with benefits vendors, track benefits demographics, and generate reports.

No system schedules or calendars available for the Benefits System.

  1. Obtain a PPBS System Access Form either from Payroll Services at UGB 212 MC 8016, or from the University Payroll Services Web site (http://www.usc.edu/payroll/forms/access.pdf).
  2. Complete the form. Get approvals and signatures.
  3. Return the form to Payroll Services.
