Please verify that you meet the minimum computer system requirements for AIS web based application systems. AIS web based application systems have been tested in and support the following operating system and browser combinations:

Note:
America Online (AOL) and some other Internet services provide their own browsers, which do not work reliably with AIS web based application systems. It is best to connect to the Internet as usual, then open one of the standard, supported browsers to access AIS web based application systems.
Pop-up windows
Click here to verify if the pop-up windows on your machine are enabled. If you cannot see the a new "pop-up" window on your screen, please refer to the appropriate web browser recommendations page to enable the pop-up windows.
Pop-up blockers
AIS web based application systems will work best when any browser pop-up blocking software installed on your computer is disabled. If you have a pop-up program installed through a MSN toolbar, a Google toolbar, as included with a firewall program or as a stand-alone program, it is recommended that you disable the pop-up blocker while working in AIS web based application systems.
JavaTM Virtual Machine

Adobe® Acrobat® Reader
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader enable you to download and view PDF files. Click on the sample PDF document and verify that you can see the PDF file. If you do not see the sample PDF file, click on the Supported Browser Plug-ins for Windows link to download the plug-in.
Macromedia FlashTM Player
