All USC employees can access their personnel, payroll and benefits information through eTrac. All you have to do is create a PIN and you can log into the system.
Because of the confidential nature of your personal information, you will need to authenticate your identity prior to creating a PIN. To prevent unauthorized persons from setting up a PIN under your name, you will enter in personal information which must match exactly your personnel record data in the system.
If you are having problems matching your information, such as your Home Department code, contact your Home Department Coordinator to verify your information. Your data in the system might require updating. As with the eTrac login, if you make too many unsuccessful attempts in authenticating your identity, the system will disable your access automatically. If that happens, ask your Home Department Coordinator to reset your eTrac access.
Note that all actions performed on the system are logged. The system will email a confirmation notice when you have successfully set a PIN.
Set up your eTrac PIN in 3 easy steps:
As soon as you have set up a PIN successfully, you can log into eTrac.
